With over 20 years experience in the health and aged care industry, Karen brings with her a wealth of specialised knowledge and skills across public and private hospitals, aged care facilities and day hospitals.

As a specialist in property facilities management data, Karen was integral to the implementation and ongoing management of Menette’s computerised maintenance management system, Total FMS. She also played a key role in the asset data collection across 60 hospitals around Australia, client training, as well as system help and support.

Karen’s genuine passion towards the health and aged care industry is apparent by the way she interacts with clients, albeit Executive staff, Facilities Managers or maintenance staff.
