  • A Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is only as good as the data within it!  If the system is set up and the data integrated correctly, it can be a very powerful tool for a Maintenance Department.

    That said, we thought it was time to approach things a little differently.  Drawing on our personal experience of developing and implementing CMMS’s into over 70 health and aged care facilities around Australia, we’ve decided to focus our efforts on the data within a CMMS, rather than the software itself.  A slightly different approach, but we think it’ll just work!

  • To make this happen, we’ve partnered exclusively with MEX, a leading global CMMS service provider.  Collectively, we think this new approach is a win-win, as the facility’s return on investment will be considerably greater, the MEX software will be utilised to its full capacity and the facility will save a significant amount of time and money setting up the software.

    As part of the trak-o process, our data integration specialists will:

    • Set up your facility’s rooms nomenclature and structure, incorporating buildings, levels, departments and rooms, within the asset register;
    • Collect your unique asset data information, including barcode, make, model, serial number, age and condition rating;
    • Allocate the collected asset data information into the respective room within the asset register;
    • Attach the Preventative Maintenance tasks and Inspection tasks, readings and service schedules to the respective asset within the asset register; and
    • Populate the plant and equipment financial information.
